The wonderful care you gave and friendly smiling faces from all the staff made a very difficult time a lot easier.
Even taking the bed into the open air so the beautiful garden could be enjoyed wasn't too much trouble.
God bless you all.
My mother was treated with extreme care and compassion by all the staff during her 8 days in the hospice, as were my husband and I. We could not have wished for a better place for her to spend her last few days.
People are very helpful being friendly and encouraging me to be happy. My care medical staff help me, encourage and guide me.
Staff good-humored and cheerful, tried very hard to accommodate my wishes.
It is probably just me but I feel the bed is very uncomfortable!
I slide down the bed with sheets against plastic mattress.
My sister had a very bad experience in a nursing home I so I am anxious about being told I have to go into a nursing home from the hospice. I can't walk so would be reliant on care and carers treating me appropriately.
The care I received could not be better, by the end of my sessions I felt Nicola had accompanied are on my path of grief, I will always be grateful for the end of life treatment my husband received and the help I received. I feel stronger and hope this will continue on I am on my own.
The time, effort and support is invaluable.
Very relaxing, kindly fit me in after a scheduling mix up/absent therapist.
Lovely to have someone who understands and cares for my condition.
The staff have been amazing no room for improvement.
